BOUNCING CHECKS - THERE IS A $25 FEE NOW FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR ANY REASON A CHECK IS REJECTED.
WE TAKE CREDIT CARDS ONLINE NOW - VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD SO GO TO THE PAGE WE HAVE SET UP IF YOU WANT TO USE A CREDIT CARD. THERE'S A 3.5% PROCESSING FEE.
- I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS JUST BECAUSE OF THE CURRENT ECONOMIC TIMES BUT WE ARE HAVING TOO MANY NEW INITIAL CLIENTS NOT PAYING THEIR BILL AND SKIPPING OUT ON US BASICALLY. WE WILL NEED TO GET $170 INITIAL PAYMENT ON ALL NEW INITIAL CLEANINGS PRIOR TO THE CLEANING COMMENCEMENT. I'M SORRY IT HAS COME TO THIS BUT THE TIME AND EFFORT TO TRY AND RECOUP THE NUMBERS OF DELINQUENTS HAS FORCED US TO TRY AND ENSURE PAYMENT. WE WILL CREDIT OR BILL ANY DELTA COSTS OR RETURN ANY CREDIT AFTER THE CLEANING. THANK YOU!!
THERE IS ALSO A $84 MINIMUM CHARGE FOR ANY VISIT REGARDLESS OF TIME.
We ask that you pay on the day that service is rendered, either by check or through your bank electronically. This is necessary because we pay our people each week (on time) and our profit margin is minimal, so we need your help on being prompt. I know it seems like a small amount but it actually gets into many thousands of dollars owed every week. Being prompt ensures we retain the best people to clean your places.
Remember, we won't be able to clean your place again until we receive payment for the prior service. Also, we will have to add a collection payment charge of $50 for debts that go beyond 60 days due to the extensive time and effort involved in tracking and trying to collect the debt.
We take personal checks when services are rendered, as well as electronic bank checks from your Bill Payer service - no account number needed.
